An upgraded eCommerce site for Jacknife’s fabulous gig posters.
In the beating heart of Bristol’s Cultural Quarter, a funky little place known as Stokes Croft, (or ‘the home of Banksy’) you’ll find Jacknife, a studio of very talented screen printers, producing some of the best looking gig posters in the UK.
We migrated their products from a crumbling big-cartel site (a free online shop) over to a slick new WordPress site. This included image handling, working through product data, postage settings etc and of course, training in the new, user-friendly e-commerce system.
With beautiful products like these, it was an eye-pleasing process. Jacknife also have a range of merchandise, printed t-shirts, caps, badges, patches and the like, for the bonafide Bristol look. Each product class has different shipping costs, so smart delivery settings were an important part of the build.
You might be lucky enough to have seen their trade stand at at a festival or two, as they design and produce posters for the likes of Glastonbury, End of the Road Festival and as you can see, the stunning screen-printed featured image is from Bristol Tattoo convention.
