Statement on Coronavirus COVID‑19

Today our thoughts are with you all; our customers, colleagues, friends and community as we face these difficult and uncertain times together. We believe it is vital that all of us do what we can to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.

Changes We Are Making

Lingo is continuing to operate ‘normally’ albeit with some changes in line with government advice on social distancing:

  • All Lingo staff are now working from home (thankfully, not too tricky for us)
  • We will no longer be offering in-person appointments however we will happily arrange video meetings if you would like to see our faces
  • You can continue to telephone or email us as you would do normally. 

Thanks to the robust, cloud based systems that we have in place we are confident that we can continue to offer our design and website services without interruption. 

How We Can Help You

It is likely that many businesses will be undergoing rapid change over the coming weeks and months. Communicating these changes to your customers will be critically important and we want to support you where we can. 

With this in mind, if you would like to add a COVID-19 statement to your website, Lingo will do so free of charge*. Simply send the relevant text directly to [email protected] and we will put this in place as quickly as we can, on a first come, first served basis.
