We offer an annual health-check service for all Lingo-built websites – during which essential updates can be applied and any issues identified and fixed.


Maintenance Contracts

By taking out Lingo Sitecare, you can rest assured that your website is getting the care and attention it deserves.

Rather than updates being carried out annually, your website will be subject to more regular reviews and maintenance services (for instance quarterly or monthly).

This proactive approach means issues are identified and fixed quickly.

Technical Support

As a Lingo Design customer, you get your own dedicated Support Dashboard, free of charge.

The Support Dashboard contains details of domain, email and hosting services, along with other useful features such as a website’s hosting status and our ever growing library of resources.

Website support tickets can be submitted via the dashboard, giving you a fast and easy way to raise any website issues as well as tracking their progress and resolution.
