Keeping track of client projects is now loads easier thanks to our new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system – nicknamed ‘dough-base’.
Project details are fed into a super access document and Craig has worked his fingers to the bone setting the parameters and queries so that it keeps track of time spent and tasks to do in an orderly way! It’s great. It takes a bit of getting used to, but the Lingo team have been working towards having such a tool for the last few months, so we’re cooking on gas now!
